Luxor Dutch Moments operates as a licensed travel and tour service provider based in Luxor, Egypt.
All bookings, inquiries, and website use are governed by the terms stated below.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through our website, email, or an authorized Luxor Dutch Moments representative.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the tour type.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your trip.

3. Payment Policy

Payments can be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR).
We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or secure online payment gateways.
All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Luxor Dutch Moments is not responsible for any additional bank or currency conversion fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
Less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Some tours (such as flights, hot air balloon rides, or private charters) may have stricter cancellation rules; details will be provided upon booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking date or tour type, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. Responsibilities of Participants

By booking a tour, you agree to:

Follow the instructions of our tour guides and staff for your safety.
Be punctual at the meeting or pickup points.
Take care of your personal belongings.
Have valid travel documents and insurance (if applicable).

Luxor Dutch Moments is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, or government actions).

7. Health and Safety

Some activities (e.g., balloon rides, quad biking, snorkeling) may require a certain level of fitness.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions or special needs before the tour.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if your condition may endanger you or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Luxor Dutch Moments shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Errors in information provided by third-party suppliers or service providers.
